How ZIQI’s Salted Egg Mayonnaise Is Made?
Our product is made of Grebe's eggs (sea duck) from Beihai mangrove forest. There are 8 salted egg yolks in each bottle of mayonnaise. We only use one third of every single salted egg yolk, combining with black pepper, white sesame seed and nori pieces to make the soft mayonnaise.
